Dear Friends,
When our twin sons were four years old, they both began having nightmares. Although it didn’t happen every night and the subject matter varied, one thing remained constant—the nightmares were scary. Within days, our boys developed an aversion to their long-standing nighttime routine. Just the thought of bedtime upset them. A lot.
One night before bed—when their anxieties were particularly heightened—we had one of those lightbulb parenting moments. We quickly made a plan. Grabbing a bottle of lotion from our bathroom, we marched back into the boys’ room with an idea.
"Boys, put out your hands. This is something very special. It’s called Good Dream Cream™—and it helps keep nightmares away."
Their eyes widened. They each took a dollop of cream in their tiny palms and rubbed it on their faces and arms.
"It does smell really good," one of them said with hopeful optimism. We shared a smile.
At 11 years old, they still continue the routine—except now, we make our own lotion, carefully curating scents based on each ingredient’s healing and calming qualities. The best part? They smell incredible and are completely gender nuetral.
What began as a shared bedtime ritual has evolved into a tool for self-care and self-soothing as our boys have grown. It’s now part of their independent nighttime routine.
Our goal is to continue making a positive impact on children’s mental health by fostering a shared nighttime experience and creating products that promote healthy habits, self-care, and reduced anxiety.

XO,
Lauren, Chely, Everett and George
